Me too! I think I got the worst of it last tourney. Lag was soooo bad that I almost rage quite a few times.

I remember doing that recently - was tailing too close, not watching the minimap, and not very familiar with that new track. A little advice: if you don't want to risk me accidentally hitting you then stay behind me.

We should also play soccer before the tourney... mainly so don't fall asleep waiting for people to show up.

Wasn't able to get out of working tomorrow night so have fun racing. I'll probably catch up wih you guys after I get out of work to see how things went.

On a side note I won't have Internet at my apt until Friday, so I'll be going to my brothers house and setting up there. Look forward to seeing you all!

Well, tried a few cars out and it looks like I'll be racing the Citroen C1. I tried the Elan and a few cars that 'should' be faster but none of them could touch the (VERY consistent) times I was setting with the C1. Still, can never get a good idea of how the cars compare until the races are under way.

I'll probably get a leader board Spark set up too, just in case...

Also, I cba to paint, so, I'll be running with a Nyan Cat design I found on the storefront, lol.

From what I've seen the Spark is far and away the 'top car' but the citroen c1 and elan are the next top contenders. There is a surprising amount of cars that are up in the mix with higher times though. And let's be honest, no one here is setting a top 100 time (at this point) so even the leaderboard cars are still going to be getting lap times close to the other cars.

Yeah, once I've got the Spark tuned I'll see how it really compares. I drove it stock and it was about 10 seconds off my C1 time around Alpine Club but the handling felt almost the same. Whether the the upgrades can add 10+ seconds or not, we'll see...

I feel like it will. It's been weird prepping completely offline. No leaderboards to compare vs the rest of the clan.

It's been weird pepping without your Mugello Club lap time...unless the best you can do is that 1:20...?

I can't believe it's tonight. I have done some prep but to be honest I still feel unprepared for an official Tourney.

@ Epic - I have a good time on Camino Viejo short reverse. I also probably have a good time on Mugello Club but I haven't looked.

Yeah, you do. I think I'm about 0.8s off your Mugello time. Followed by Wiggles and Glock - last I checked. So I'm pretty happy about that because I can bang that lap time in pretty much every lap.

I'll make sure to check out your Camino Reverse. I need to check how my car handles the hills anyway... it seems to struggle a little on the Maple Valley one (the one in the middle, around the corner) but it still puts out decent times, so it might just be engine noise since I have a supercharger on it.
