S7R Forza 4 C-Class Tourney - Season 3

Fujimi continues to be my bane. I either can't drive the track when its open.. or I get walled during the early turns of the race.

I'm most happy about forcing Interceptor to reuse old cars to "be competitive" as he put it. The Stratos made up in grunt what it lacked in cornering. For C class, I've got another MR beast. Only this time, I get 2 extra cylinders. V8 baby.

Yeah, you are no doubt causing me to really push myself.  I just think the Lotus couldn't keep up anything with even half a straight section of pavement.  That Stratos was a beast.  My RX-8 for C-Class is looking to be a much better, more well rounded car.  Should be a lot of fun to see how it goes this time.

Well, 2nd place is 'winning' in my book when I'm up against the likes of S7R. So I'll always be on the track.

I've already confirmed with the wife and work schedule that I'll be on for this tournament. Time to put in some late nights and gain back those points I've missed out on.

Knightowl was giving me some trouble throughout that tournament.  He beat me on the first and last race... I had the wrong car on the first race, so I was beat pretty easily (which pissed me off because I did the best on that track with my MR-S during practice *sad face*).  But other than that, we had the same car throughout the whole tournament and we would always finish from one to five seconds from each other.  The last race was really close and I had a good chance of passing him because he screwed up one of the last turns, but since he was all over the road trying to correct himself, I stayed where I was as not to risk wrecking one or both of us out on the final race since that happened to me in the previous tournaments.

There are a4 of us on testing and tuning righn meow.come join in the fun and get ready for race day .

I think I have a car locked down now I just need to get the track time in. I might be on tonight And should be on Wed night.

Yeah, I need to get some track time in too.  I don't even have a car picked yet.  I might get on sometime today.

I need to run the car I have built vs some of the guys. I will probably get on Wednesday during the open track night.

Sadly, it's probably 60/40 against me making the event tonight.  Work has been abusing me like a red-headed stepchild and my daughter has been up at random hours screaming the last two nights so I don't know if I'll be able to stay awake for the event, namely because I don't know if I'll be able to sleep (FU work keeping me up all night).  If I do make it, I'll have a high potential for narcosleepy so hope that I don't start in the front of the pack.

I will be on Thursday night about 9 o'clock Central Standard Time. Hope that's not too late in order to enter.

It's never too late to enter, you'll just have missed 30 minutes of racing time.

You will be a half hour late but can still join in when you hop on.
