Fairy Tail started back up! Right where it left off in the Grand Magic games. If you were caught up, start watching again. If you haven't seen it, time to start!

It looks like they're starting to put Fairy Tail on Crunchyroll now, so I might check it out.

Finished Wizards Barrister this weekend.  Pretty good series.  Good animation and action sequences.  It's a short series, 12 eps.  Worth a look.

Also finished Kill la Kill this weekend.  Great series!  Full 24 ep season.  This is something you just have to try for yourself.  Zany, fast paced insanity.  I had a smile on my face for then entire ride.  May not be for everybody but you must try it for yourself.  Reto animation may throw you off at first but that is part of the charm too.  Give this one a look.

Hunter x Hunter, episode 126... awesome.  It felt like I was watching it for five minutes and then the end-of-episode-music starting playing and I was like 'WTF 20 minutes already? I want moar!' Also I hadn't seen any blood or gore for awhile so I thought that I'd eat my dinner while watching this epsiode last night, which was a mistake.

Yeah... was like the best episode ever.

New anime I'm watching: Haikyu!, Baby Steps, Black Bullet

Haikyu! is a volleyball anime, pretty cool
Baby Steps is a tennis anime, also good.
Black Bullet is an interesting sci-fi/post-apocalyptic anime. More fighting.

Started watching Fairy Tail.  So far it's better than what I thought it would be.  It has plenty of funny moments and action.  I'm only about 17 episodes in, so I haven't been exposed to much of it yet.  I was watching it on Crunchyroll when I noticed that episodes 13 to 48 (give or take a few episodes) were missing, so I've been watching it on Netflix now.

Oh man, just wait until you catch up. The previous and current arc are the most epic by far. There is a little slow-ness in the middle, but definitely keep with it.

I also started watching The Irregular at Magic High School. Much better than I thought it'd be. Has potential to be pretty cool.

Haikyu! and Baby Steps are still improving as expected.

Black Bullet has a very Attack on Titan- esque vibe to it.

Netflix is good for Season 1 of Fairy Tail but I think you have to go to Hulu for Season 2 if I remember correctly. 

Personally I have just started Witch Craft Works and so far it's pretty good. I started A Lull at Sea too but I am not sure about it yet.  A little too slow, slice of life type of anime.  Not quite my style.  And I still HIGHLY recommend everyone watch Kill la Kill.  Fantastic start to finish and the craziest anime I have seen since FLCL (in a good way).


EDIT:  I'll have to add Black Bullet to the Q.

The intro music is even similar. You'll definitely see the similarities.

I'm watching it subbed if that's making any difference.  Crunchyroll added Fairy Tail about a month ago.  They have every episode other than that bunch missing from season 1.  I'd much rather use Crunchyroll than Hulu. Not sure if Netflix has every subbed episode so far, all I know is that Netflix has the episodes that aren't on Crunchyroll or anywhere else... that's legal. lol

Cool.  I just remember that I had a hard time finding all the episodes too.

I watched the first 5 eps of Black Bullet and like it so far.  I liked the first 3 eps best and thought I had a grip on where the season was going but it looks like this series moves faster than I expected cause eps 4 and 5 changed a lot of what is going on.  Still, cool so far.

It definitely did start moving quickly. A nice change from a lot of the new shows with 15 eps of initial introductions lol

Yeah, I really thought we would spend a few episodes tracking down that case.  NOPE.  Done in 1 episode.  Then I thought we would be in the outter-world for at least a few episodes fighting monsters and tracking down the bad guy.  NOPE.  Done in 1 episode again... lol...  plus lets go ahead and kill that lvl 5 too.  I mean we have like 30 seconds left right?  Not a bad thing at all but did catch me off guard.

Lol yeah as soon as the Lvl5 showed up I was like "oh man this is gonna be crazy next episo... oh or they can just do that."

I did have a slight problem with that scene to be honest.  "I can't do it!"  "what if I miss?"  "Whine! Whine! Whine!"  and I'm watching and thinking WTF?  Dude, you got a freakin guidance system with tone and lock-on!  What's the problem here?  Pull the trigger.

It seemed somewhat plausible. Reminded me of aiming while in a jet plane. Sure, it's normally supposed to be computer targeted, but you would think they would make the manual controls less sensitive.

So I just started No Game No Life from the current season and it's great so far.  You should definitely check it out.  Basically the best gamers in the world (brother and sister) get transported to a world where everything is decided by games.  Very cool so far.

Also along those lines is Log Horizon from a few seasons ago.  Also a gamer stuck in a digital world type of concept but more like SAO or .hack.  I am 10 eps in and completely hooked.  Really great anime so far.

Both of these anime feature main characters that are just smarter then most everyone else and use strategy to win over brute force.  Good stuff.

Log Horizon is a great one. That's one I stayed with every week as it was coming out. Can't wait for it to start up again.

I tried No Game No Life but only watched 1 ep. Pretty overloaded on Current season shows right now:

Also was interested in Brynhildr in the Darkness. Had a very intriguing first 2 episodes.

Brynhildr in the Darkness is on my Q but I have not started it yet.  I am going to finish up Log Horizon first.  I am 4 eps in on No Game No life and like it better than Black Bullet at the moment.  Both are top of my list tho.  Very good season of anime so far.

I'll have to give it more of a look then.

I really need to get back in to Naruto before i start forgetting stuff lol I'm on to the point where they find Jugo i think is his name the beast wild man thing.

Oh man... So you're still a ways back - but the current or fairly recent episodes are by far the most epic the show has ever had.
Basically, everything you ever want to happen with the fighting - does. I highly advise anyone that hasn't caught up in Naruto do so.

Sweet!  So I only have to watch 500+ episodes before it starts getting good?  I need to get right on that. 

Well, to be fair you have about 100 episodes of the original that arent filler.

new one, you can probably cut out a good 100 episodes in the early/middle.
