I need to find a new anime to watch. Might give Parasyte a try soon. I've just been keeping up with One Piece mainly, which has been going well. I stopped keeping up with Log Horizon and Naruto because of disinterest in what's going on. Fairy Tail is just getting too fan servicey. Was thinking of getting the Yu Yu Hakusho Blu-ray disks because I felt like watching that again and the price isn't bad.

I started dragon ball z again. Watching naruto as they update episodes online. Started re watching kaze no stigma. Depending on where I'm watching work or home depends on DBZ or KNS

Parasyte is a solid choice, and it's already completed so that's a plus.
Tokyo Ghoul is a good one that's pretty short.

I personally really like the two sports ones out right now:
Kurokos Basketball
Ace of Diamond

They're both quality. Kurokos somehow turns basketball into the most badass sport ever.

I've thought about watching the two sport ones. I'm not really into sports, so that is kind of a deterrent preventing me from watching those. I might give them a try at some point.

Yeah, I can't stand baseball and don't play it - but Ace of Diamond is still a great show. It actually makes baseball interesting. And Kurokos is just a cool story/show.

Yowapeda also wrapped up today. It's a cycling anime. Great intro, and the last 20 episodes really, really stepped up the story and quality of the show.

Ordered Yu Yu Hakusho Blu-Ray disks. So I'll probably get to watching that sometime tomorrow. Price was pretty good (~$25 per season, ~8 hours per season), so I went with it... and I don't pirate stuff. lol

This is a good thread.
My Favorites from what I have seen
S-Cry-Ed (deserves its own thread lol)
Darker Than black
Attack on Titan
Deadman Wonderland
Dragonball Z (once you get past all the filler)
Samurai Champloo.

Those are the ones I really enjoyed watching. Common thread being that they were relatively short in run time.
Bleach and Naruto are awesome, but I couldn't keep up with them. So I am way behind.

I find it hard to keep up with Naruto once it starts getting into filler arcs because they just bore the hell out of me.

I literally skipped a whole arc without even trying to watch them because i was sick of it. I think it was like 15 episodes almost. I read the title and if it didn't sound interesting or like it went with the main plot i skipped lol.

Legend of Legendary Heroes is pretty cool, i'm almost done with that one.

Bleachs main story is wrapped up at this point. The Aizen arc anyway. Watch up through that and you'll be happy.

Looks like Dragon Ball is being made into a television series once more. Will take place after the events of the Majin Buu saga. Should be interesting!

I just started watching Food Wars. It is so over the top rediculous it's actually pretty good. It just started airing on crunchy roll this spring. I'm pretty sure you all will like it.

Alright, new shows have been dropping for some time now and I stumbled across some good ones. All on Crunchyroll.

Aoharu x Machinegun

This show description sounds odd, but it's a fun ride. Only 2 eps out atm. Super basic summary: The main character gets pulled into 'Survival Games' by a random stranger. Main character is a girl that everyone assumes is a boy. So there's comedy mixed in, but the action is pretty epic/well done.
I strongly recommend watching episode 1. It'll probably hook you for the season.

Rokka -Braves of the Six Flowers-

Fantasy. Every few hundred years a great evil awakens and 6 'Braves' are chosen to fight it. Another combat focused anime. Good animation, story seems interesting. 2nd ep out today

GATE

A mysterious gate unleashes a legion of fantasy-esque people/monsters into downtown Tokyo. The tokyo military police fight them off and later begin a counter-offensive to explore the alternate world through the gate. Basically this show is a sweet incarnation of what it would be like having medieval knights (and dragons) fighting modern armies. (Spoiler: guns murder everything).
This one is pretty interesting too. 2 eps out

Kuroko's Basketball

Is coming to a close. If you haven't watched it already, do. Even if you're not a sports anime person this one makes basketball look so epic I wanted to go play.

Fairy Tail

Fairy Tail has finally trudged through it's filler and has begun the "Tartaros Arc". If you ever enjoyed this show, catch up on the magic games arc, skip the 50ish eps of filler, and start the Tartaros Arc. It's only 8 eps deep, so easy to catch up on.

The new tv series of Dragon Ball Z is live!

They are calling it Dragon Ball Super.
Intro episode was more of a reintroduction to characters than anything. But this is what i've been waiting for!

Yeah... DBZ has to be one of the few series that is significantly better dubbed. You get used to it though.

Yeah i really enjoy the dubbed version of DBZ. But heck i enjoy any version of DBZ i'm curious to see where they go with the series.

Got caught up with Naruto again yesterday. Left it in the middle of a filler story, but it's back to the main plot now. Hopefully there won't be more filler in the next three episodes.

I'll be camping with family over the weekend, so I kind of doubt it. I'll have to wait until it releases on Blu Ray or maybe Xbox will let me watch it for free eventually like with Battle of Gods.
