mass effect
i picked a copy for me on PC today and yeah been playing for 8 hours none stop
loving the game so far looks sexy when set to ultra
also picked up a copy on ps4 for my little sister still looks nice but i had to compare the two setting and would say its the pc version of low - medium settings and would think xb1 would be the same
still they look nice and i am sure every one like myself is having a blast playing this game !!!

Re: mass effect
I have it and am enjoying it!
I've only put in like 2-3 hours so far, but it's a solid game.
The lip syncing is laughable, but the main game mechanics are very 'mass effect'.
The RPG elements seem better initially (scanning and getting massive amounts of info on everything), and it feels a lot more open with optional objectives along the way, but I haven't played far enough yet to really say if it's more ME1 (traditional RPG) or modernized.

Re: mass effect
I've played a few hours and really like it. If you haven't played a mass effect game this is the one to jump in on. You really don't need to know about the previous games.

Re: mass effect
30 hours in and I'm loving it. I can't deny the animations could be better but the quantity holy sh1t. This is the perfect definition of a buffet of storytelling. Plus you have to put everything into perspective. Games like Uncharted 4 and Horizon Zero Dawn had a very short, linear dialogue driven story. Its just not possible to create that level of detail without the amount of storytelling going on. However with that being said I do agree they could have done better facial animation wise.

I think I'll be picking this one up, since you all like it, the reviews out on it don't do it justice!

Re: mass effect
I'm really liking this game. I know it has its issues but the story works well and the side missions just keep you going and discovering new areas new planets. I just keep putting time into the game. It is one of those where your like oh just one more mission one more thing. Then you look at the clock and it's an hour later. I highly recommend it.

Re: mass effect
I got bored with the pointless side missions and switched back to Diablo season 10. The main story and gameplay is really good. I'll get back to it eventually.

Re: mass effect
Took me about 42 hours to beat. Good overall game. I wouldn't put the story up to ME2 standards but its good. Best way I can describe it "its about the journey not the destination".
Re: mass effect
Yes I just finished the main story and am going back and doing more available side quests not sure how many hours. I really enjoyed it but your right.

Re: mass effect
So after finishing and going back to play some side quest there are some things that have left me a little disappointed.
