Magic Duels

I just recently found that Magic is available in the iOS App Store - Magic Duels. The game is by WotC, so it should be officially licensed cards. I've played a little bit and after you complete some trainings and the first 5 story battles, you open up the ability to play online or offline in battles using decks you create.

While I haven't done a ton of work with creating my own decks, you can either use the deck wizard that helps to create a balanced deck or you can go at it alone. From what I've seen, the deck wizard sets are based on two element decks and they keep a good balance of land, creatures, and all other cards.

From the little bit I've played, this is just as much fun as the XBL game that was available for the 360 and the physical game. It's been many years since I've played the online game, so the biggest challenge is learning the new abilities and cards.

I'd suggest that anyone that likes Magic and has a iOS device give it a go since it's entertaining and free.

Downloaded this a while back and loved it. Really got far in the story mode and played a lot of PvP. It really is a lot of fun!

I beat the first story and started building decks and then I realized I need to finish the rest of the stories to get more booster packs to have more competitive decks.
