Show off some of your ships!

I'll start off with my first love. This 25 slot beauty carried me well into the game before I finally bought a new one. Still possible my favorite ship yet. Just look at her! She was fast and deadly...

She had a nice loadout too. Very efficient for the size. I'll post up some of my new ride soon.

This is my hooptie. She's not much of a looker but she's got 28 slots and I can get the upgrades in line for some synergies once I find some more blueprints.

This is hooptie with some sexy purple mood lighting.

Hooptie would be my 5th ship. I never really used the starter ship and I only used the preorder ship to tool around my initial system. While doing that I found a 17 slot ship (no pics) that I fixed up and used to do the hyperdrive mission. I then bought a 22 slot ship (no pics) for about 2.6M that was laid out to look like a the bastard child of a Picasso and Escher paintings. I finally picked up my current ship for about 5.9M last weekend and it will probably be my home away from home for the foreseeable future.

I've built all the plasma cannon, shielding, and pulse engine upgrades, but I want to deconstruct the warp reactor and rebuild it under the hyperdrive. However, I'm not sure if I have the blueprint to rebuild it, since the upgrade was on the ship when I bought it.

Not the best slot formation but I've made it work quite well actually. I suspect this will be my ride for quite some time now but you never know when something interesting comes along.

Pretty nice whip you got there. I'm looking forward to doing some work on my ship and trying to finish up some of my work lining up the upgrades.

So I went on a ship hunt the other day and just started hunting for crashed ships on planets to trade up for free. I an up to around 42 slots now and didn't pay a dime. But the flip side is you have to take what you get. I'll post up some pics of the different ships I've been through when I get home. I ended up with a pretty sweet ride but not quite perfect.
