As far as I can tell, the Platoon's are platform specific, so I made a PC platoon for us - http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf3/platoon/2832655241007544218/

My origin username is 'jamesjohnson88'. I've become a 'fan' of the Xbox platoon, so you can probably find me there too.

Any of you grabbing it for PC, post here when you do so.

I'm a bit strapped on cash for now but I'll be picking it up this winter. I plan on running ToR and bf3 at the same time to jump between the two.
