Picked up one of these today, hoping it's as good as the reviews say, does anyone have one?

I'm just wondering why you would possibly need to turn it at a 45 degree angle

I'm pretty sure that's in case you want to do editing on a portrait angle , web pages can display nicely like that too vs. Typical horizontal, I've used a 2nd screen turned 90 degrees for audio editing (in reason) but this will be for XBO only.

That's similar to the model MLG uses. Should be a solid buy.
I have a monitor at work that I keep vertical for coding or reviewing logs.

BenQ W1070 home projector is wildly popular for low cost 1080p 100+" home projection. I didn't know they had monitors, but if the quality is similar then you won't be disappointed.

its a solid company
i used to have a monitor from them best dam picture quality you could ever ask for . i think you will be very happy with it .
i have thought about buying a 32 inch one and making it my xbox's tv just for that 1ms Response Time i notice it helped out on pc games i think it would help get the jump on most people in cod as well
on top of what Atrum said people will also put 4 or 5 of them lined up and game on them i never could get into that but i know a few people who do it i just run dual monitors side by side

I just sit closer to the TV so the light has less distance to travel.

I've tried, my 32" is an old 720p sharp, not bad but rough on the eyes after a few hours) and 40" Sony lags even in game mode. It just made sense after buying a 200+ dollar controller to not have a screen that's going to bottleneck. All I know is after all this freaking money my gameplay better improve, I'm running out of crutches

Our IT guy for the bookstore does the same thing, got a horizontal monitor bookended with vertical ones that he codes on and runs security feeds on.AtrumX wrote:I have a monitor at work that I keep vertical for coding or reviewing logs.
Looks like a pretty best monitor, but I'm also curious as to the 45 deg rotation.
