With the friends list on the fritz last night I dove into this again.  This PC version plays quite a bit different than the console - I like the abilitity to zoom way out to a god view, and all the way in to first person.  My little netbook is handling it fine too, with just a touch of the stutters on some high-action cut-sceens.
