Bluetooth adaptor to the xbox one chat adaptor???

I recently bought a pair of some what cheap Bluetooth headphones for the gym and was thinking could I buy the chat adaptor and a Bluetooth 3.5 mm adaptor and use these headphones. They do have a mic for use with phone calls. They should be good for the gym but was thinking maybe I could use them for the xbox as well. They should come today so I'll see how they sound and if it is worth the effort.

Like I said on the cheap side especially for Bluetooth. But I have heard good things and for the gym audio quality doesn't have to be the best, and I wouldn't consider myself an audiophile.
