Re: iPhone apps
No kidding. I think it routs all your iPhone app purchases to the Zune HD app store. No there is no need to browse for hours on end to find apps, you can download all 5 or 6 Zune apps in one go around!

Re: iPhone apps
Awww man this reminds me that I need to bring back and update my review thread
Must-have apps in red:
VanillaSurf (web browser with pop-up blocker, much better tab management, abaility to download any file and transfer it to PC, import bookmarks from PC, full-screen browsing,
Jaadu VNC (remote desktop client)
Navigon (The best turn by turn nav)
Pano (Panoramic pictures)
QuickOffice (a mobile version of MS Office)
OrbLive (streams media from PC)
Shazam (listens to a song and identifies it)
Pandora (internet radio)
Stanza (ebook reader)
IM+ (Multi-IM client, Beejive is great alternative too)
SkyVoyager (sky chart that uses GPS and accelerometer to show you what you're pointing the phone at in the sky...fun for an astrophysics major)
SurfReport (Oakley surf reports)
Sportacular (scores and updates from all sports with push alerts)
Street Fighter IV (works surprisingly well, great graphics)
Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars (GET THIS, amazing game)
NOVA (IMO best FPS on iPhone, multiplayer is fun too)
Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2 (Controls are iffy but it was my favorite THPS game)
GT Racing (best racing sim by a mile, actually includes manual transmission which is great, the graphics and car selection are good too)
Jet Car Stunts (Strange but addicting game, lots of fun)
Zenonia 2 (IMO best action-RPG on the phone, great old-school look and feel, d@mn good gameplay, funny dialogue)
Madden (Best football game)
NBA Live (Best NBA game)
Real Football 2010 (Best soccer game, multiplayer is great too)
Let's Golf (Less realistic than Tiger Woods, plays more like Mario Golf, lots of fun)
DoodleJump (amazingly addicting game, I could play it forever, so simple but so fun)
Rolando 1&2 (LocoRoco-like gameplay, great puzzle-platformer, one of my favorite original games)
Plants vs Zombies (GET THIS!!!)
Transformers Awakening G1 (Advance Wars + Transformers = win)

Re: iPhone apps
FYI checkout gizmodo's " gaget deals of the day" eveyday around 5 , they list a couple apps a day that normly cost $, but are free or discounted for that day, I got doom and terminator salv. For 1.99 that way norm 9.99
there's also a podcast called app judgement on revision3.com that's good

Re: iPhone apps
I found I new app today called soundhound. You can sing, hum, or lrlet your phone listen to the music and it will tell you everything you want to know about it. Best of all it's free.
EDIT: upon further investigation you only get 5 uses per month. You can upgrade to unlimited for $5
