PlayStation 4 Reportedly Displaying Software Problems, Two New Error Codes Emerge

“Yesterday I called Sony support about my PS4 that constantly gave me the 34878 error, despite total rebuilding the system, reinstalling certificates and reinstalling games. Sony support told me to get it replaced at the store I got it from, so I did. Got home and plugged it in and everything worked fine. I even played a whole hour of Battlefield 4 for the first time! If your console crashes constantly every 10 minutes, call support or your store. You´ll get a new one. ” SAUER_30-06 said.

A little internet research show the code CE-34878 is a general error code on the PS4 and can be attributed to several issues.  Apparently it is also the same code given when BF4 crashes and drops to the home screen.  I assume something similar happens when the X1 crashes in BF4?  Do you guys get a error code and chance to send a crash report?
