looks like BF4 will be my first pick every thing else might be xmas gifts...making me an xbox noob on cod

BF4, CoD, Forza, Ryse, Watch Dogs, Peggle 2, and Fifa are ones I'm planning to get.

I've budgeted buying 2 games.  So it will be Forza 5 and BF4 at launch and others will be Gamefly.  The rest I'm interested in I'll get through Gamefly and if I like them enough I'll send the disc back and buy them digitally.
