Favorite beer

Hey guys, just wanted to know what your favorite beer. Getting paid today a was gonna pickup some. I live in Oklahoma where all our domistic beers are 3.2% alc/wt which blows goats. So anything over that you have to buy hot in a liquor store.
My faves are , red stripe, shiner bock black lagar, and morriti ( brown one)

I really like Blue Moon and Terrapin Rye Pale Ale. Blue Moon is now made by Coors and Terrapin is local to me in Athens Ga so I dont know if you can get it where you are in OK.

Newcastle, Bass, Duvel (8 or 9%), Modelo Especiale, Modelo Negra

Yingling Bock beer, not there regular one. Found it at krogers which I don't think is out that way. Any Sam Adams is good. Big Tire if you can find it. Man there to many to list for me but those are just a sample I usually get and is a small favorites list. Best thing to do is buy and try.

FYI if you can get it there Magic Hat <~~ that's the brand but try there #9 or any other Magic Hat brand. Haven't found one I didn't like yet. One more thing any Bock beer will more than likely be good

Listen to J...I've been around the world many times and had many types-- but JWriter and I hung out one night in DC (with Surfgoon) and he had me drinking beer I'd never tried but was amazing! LOL

Most Micro-brewed beer that uses apricot in it. Love apricot flavored beer.
Double Bastard (Smooth, 10% ABV)

Shittier beer that I will tolerate if I can't get the good stuff:
Corona Lite
Tecate (tastes like water to me)

Beer I won't go anywhere near because it tastes like absolute sh1t:

Smack Natty ice for real bro. I am not a huge beer drinker but Natty Ice was like the cheap ass college beer. Keg beer at the college partys

Isn't it Fat Tire beer?

Anyhow, I'm good with all the Shiner beers, particularly the Black. Another side effect of knowing B Machine in college!

I love Fat Tire! I actually tried it for the first time not long ago. Love it. I also like Heineken, Sierra Nevada Pal Ale, Sweetwater 420, Sam Adams (and most of their seasonal stuff) and many more that are escaping my memory at the moment.

I tolerate the regular beers like Bud light and I generally don't ever buy crappy beer. No Natty Ice etc... I like my beer with flavor.

Favorites...

Domestic 6.+: Boulevard Wheat
Domestic 3.2: Miller Light
Imports: Newcastle, Red Stripe, and most any hefeweizen
Wine type: riesling
Liquor drink: L.I.T. or rum&coke
Liquor: Bacardi Light Rum

I like my Beer distilled and aged for 10 or more years in a keg in Scotland!

Like that Terrapin Rye PA, good stuff, I always was able to find it in Nashville.

Wish I could get Yuengling in st. louis.
Boulevard and Fat tire (Amber ale) make some good all around beers.

Like a lot of hops in my beer.

I read it as "I like a lot of Hope in my beer".

I was confused. I thought that after drinking beer you tend to lose all 'hope' of having money in your wallet the next morning.

Try Lagunitas Brown Shugga. 9.8 Alcohol. Tastes great IMO.

It is ony a seasonal brew though. I alwasy buy a case or two before it becomes unavailable.

Ok guys , got stuck at work and didn't make it to the L sto last night . Just came from there and puttn some hot ones on ice. Thanks for all your replies I really like modelos, newcastle ,guniess and have been drinkn those for years. Picked up some serria nevedq pa, and some fellers esb , thanks again for the suggestions and I let ya know

Hmmm, I like a LOT of beer. So I really can't pick just one.

To name a few fine Imports, Faxe, and Faxe Strong (8%). First off, the regular Faxe is my personal favorite beer. When you drink it, you expect the bit of bite that certain beer give after drinking. Faxe however does not. It goes down like a beverage.
Other than that, I drink a lot of Local Brews, as Canada has a Very wide variety of Tasty brews.
Hell's Gate Lager, Rooster Rock, NBC. All good brews.

However, Import Canadian beers you all may have drank may include Kokanee, and Molson Canadian. They are not bad.
