Suggestions for changes to Forza for the next version Empty Suggestions for changes to Forza for the next version

Post by DeadSockPuppet Mon Mar 19, 2012 5:17 pm

So, my wife and I were running errands today and we saw a Yaris and I was telling her about my epic Yaris in the Forza 3 tourney and how terrible and fail it was. She then asked me if you had to make a character or avatar that you'd see driving the car. I told her no and she said that's too bad because she'd love to see a guy like me (I'm 6'5" and 255lbs) trying to shoehorn myself into a Yaris and tear around a track in it. I told her that would be sweet if you could make a driver/avatar that had your height/weight in it and then how that would change the game because someone like me couldn't drive a Miata and someone that's obese might have problems driving a sports car. Not to mention, depending upon how heavy the avatar is, it could possible change the way the car handles. I thought it would be pretty sweet if there was an option to have something like this on for a more realistic experience. On the other hand, it would be nice to be able to turn it off so that someone like me could drive a Miata and someone that's obese could drive a sports car. Just thought I'd share with everyone.

I've always wanted shooters to run a full physical test so your character would perform how you would. Won't happen any year soon though.

It will for me - The gravity on Sticky's mom makes it feel like I'm playing Halo.

I would just like to see weather and night conditions added. Otherwise Forza 4 is pretty freaking awesome.

Good idea Puppet! The restriction for driving a Vette would be over 50 years old and suffering from E.D.

Yeah, I like weather and night driving. Can you imagine driving Fujimi with your lights blown out and nothing but the dark, unforgiving corners to hold you... AWESOME!

I would like the ability to upload pics from my PC to Forza and be able to putt them on my cars

Weather would be awesome, I think it would be slightly redic... but awesome

Night racing with the whole headlights thing would be cool...

Tracks I would like to see added:
Watkins Glen
Bristol MS (I know ovals... meh... but 150+ mph on the straights and 15 second laps... could be crazy)
New York... BRING IT BACK!
Rally Di... the long version... Bring that back too...

you read my mind sir.
I was thinking that this weekend! Started driving a Corvette (love the exhaust sound this thing has) and was wondering how she'd handle in rain on the game. She was sliding into the corners on me.

I was mostly joking. Game looks pretty sweet. That being said, I would never buy it. Only reason I like forza so much is the amount of variety you have, along with it being regular cars.

Klown's video was poo. Could've at least shown a crashy one, or the badass weather and day-to-night transitions.

Yeah, it lacks variety but there's like 19 real world tracks, each of which you have to tune the car for and a ton of sh1t to manage in the race. Also, turn off the assists and it's the most challenging console racer you'll find.

I'd like to see a track creator.
Painted Calipers
Different exhaust tips
A tuneable fuel map
Fuel cells
day/night cycle
track grime build up... bikini car wash after a win

Did they ever patch the bugs from when it came out? Like the 11/11 suspension that would make you stick like glue to the track? Other than a few really bad bugs that game was awesome. If those have been fixed then I may actually get it again.
