Reading Suggestions

I couldn't find our old book / reading post so I wanted to create a new one. I have just finished the The First Law Trilogy it was really good and different. I had already read the King Killer Chronicles and the first of The Way of Kings Storm Archives. I am thinking about getting into The Garden of the Moon (The Malazan Book of the Fallen) but its a 10 book series. Anyone else read it or have other suggestions? My main types are sci-fi and fantasy / epic fantasy.

I like King and Ludlum mostly for pop fiction.

I'm currently reading the Witcher novels. Really good stuff. Just started the fifth novel plus one of the short story complications. Excellent series so far. Looking forward to seeing how it ends.

I'm a couple books into the Mortal Instruments.  I know it's a "junior" series but it's kind of like how HP is a "junior" series.  So far they're not too bad, pretty easy to read and they've got some good action.  I've also read the first couple books of the Inheritance series and it's pretty solid.  Last suggestion would be Shannara.  If you really want the full experience, start with Running with Demons and read thru the whole series... something like 20+ books (although you can get by reading the 4-5 main books).

It was a really good read and the movie just came out too.
