Favorite Shotgun and why

Going to start using the shotgun. ... I have no idea which to use

Spas = man shotgun, AA12 = noob shotgun

Striker all the way. When you get the RANGE perk, it looks to be insane. SPAS is good too.

Yeah, it's pretty fun to roll up on someone, put the Striker in their back, and then blast them across your screen.... come to think if this is fun to do with most shottys.

AA12 is not Noob, it doesn't have a lot of ammo, so there is a trade off. I like the 1887 or whatever that old Shotty is called. It is just like the Shotty in Black Ops, the pump action!

Here we go again, dual '87s... actually that's a pretty fun way to roll.

I'm just using one and it doesn't have the range of the previous version. It's range is good but realistic.

They're great guns and can require skill to use them effectively, although they can be noobed up and then douchebaggery ensues.

Thats not true, I saw somebody with akimbo 87's, and they are by far the best in game. I remember those from MW2 and people including myself would just go on tears with those.

Ummm.. you cant akimbo any weapons except secondaries.. so no akimbo shotties. At least thats what I saw last night when I checked. Ill take a SS when I play at lunch time at 1 EST

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3Edit
There appears to be the words "Hasta la vista" engraved into the action of the Model 1887, which is most likely a reference to the movie Terminator 2.
The Model 1887 is one of the only weapons in Modern Warfare 3, along with the Launchers and the Riot Shield, to not have any attachments available.
