Mouse-wise, i'd be hard-press to choose anything other than a Razer with one of the new 4G sensors.

Haven't researched the RAT 7 or 9 much yet but I've heard some bad reviews about the tracking outside of games. The Rat 5 is cheap enough to try out the series and see if anything other than Razer is worth it. I love Saitek keyboards so it's only fair to give their mouse a go.
