Kinect Pricing: Existing Xbox 360 owners can purchase Kinect and Kinect Adventures for $149.99 (U.S. ERP). Remember, Kinect will work with every Xbox 360 ever made.

The new Xbox 360 4GB Console includes built in Wi-Fi N, 4GB of internal flash memory and a black matte finish. The console begins shipping August 3rd and will be available for $199.99 (U.S. ERP).



Kinect Holiday Bundle: Available later this year will, the bundle will contain: Xbox 360 4GB console, the Kinect sensor and Kinect Adventures packaged together for $299.99 (U.S. ERP).

Pre-order Kinect or the Xbox 360 Kinect Console Bundle today, and at launch receive a token to download three exclusive game levels for Kinect Adventures, the game included with Kinect.

Kinectimals, Kinect Sports and Kinect Joy Ride will retail for $49.99 (U.S. ERP) and are part of the 15 Kinect games that will be available at launch.

$150 bucks? or $300 for both...No thanks...

I am thinking about getting this for me and the kids. $150.00 is not too bad and would make a good Christmas present for the kids.

This is onboard flash memory (built into the motherboard) that we're talking about. The Jasper console had 256kb, so 4gb is one hell of an upgrade! The external harddrive is completely separate/unrelated.

My original first-run box doesn't have any flash memory and the "new" dashboard takes a while to load when switching between games. They put the 256kb on the Jasper so it would run the new dashboard quicker. I can only imagine what the 4gb will be needed for. If I put Kinect on my old box I'll bet it takes a couple minutes to load.

if you plan to upgrade to a 120g HHDfor a $100 bucks more so 150 jumped to 250 might as well by the 250g slim for 299.99
plus if they come out with a new dash board and what ever konect takes to run you still have no room for more then 5 games saved data. it is just a joke.

in my mind for that price might as well buy an old elite
who cares that you got a nice looking xbox i would rather have a 120g old elite vs a not even 4g slim

Sticky, it's $299.00 with the Kinect. It's $199.00 by itself and is the new replacement for the Arcade model (used to be $199.00 as well). Except you now get 4gb instead of 256mb. You also get built in wifi ($100.00 value) and the new processor etc... all for the same price as the old Arcade.

It has the same limitations as the old Arcade but it's still a good deal.

...And the $299.00 bundle with Kinect is not bad either.

ya i was not adding the konect in there i was just stating that to get a 4g consoles and upgrade to a 250g hard drive its alot cheaper to buy the 250 off the bat.
unless like in your case zak its going to be used by the kids but for gamers like us 4g is a joke ,installing just one game in itself is over 4g

Well the same was true for the old Arcade. Buying it and a 120g HD would cost more than the elite. All I was saying is that it is the same price as the old Arcade and you get more for your money.

I'm gonna laugh when you see everyone using Kinect after saying I never will, cause it;s a gimmick lol. I'm personally looking forward to it and so isn't my son but he's 7 so yeah haha. What I'm really hoping is that they could incorporate my sports game in there football,baseball, basketball,soccer, and hockey that's all i really want from it.Though if they can pull off full blown RPG's I'm down for that as well.
