Looks like Activision Blizzard bought them out and closed up shop. I assume they'll use the platform/setup for Blizzard e-sports.
Too bad for non-blizzard games though. CS:GO and Halo will (probably?) have to find new competitive homes.

Very interesting read. Never watched any eSports but it sucks to see one of the initial groups go down.
