Heard those are the possibilities associated, but if you didn't experience it then you're good.

Other than the obvious stuff (coughing, vomiting, etc) all the health worries are blown way out of proportion.
People who don't understand the science behind what they read write huge papers (because they're english majors, why not write an article for Forbes about the chemical properties of spices...)

Most of the 'scary' stuff is true of just about anything you eat. Yes, inhaling a substance and having it accidentally enter your lungs is bad. This is true of water also. Rolling Eyes
