let's have a challenge!

So I was playing Forza 5 last night and had a fun idea, pick a stock car that I would see fairly common driving around on the streets in real life and try to make it go as fast as possible. So I chose the Acura Integra car and started upgrading and tuning and tweaking whatever I could do to make it really fast.

So I figured why not make a fun challenge of it and get some S7 peeps involved. I am not an expert of tuning by any means but doing this over and over and just making scenarios to beat like this helped me understand what each section of tuning actually did.

So here is the Challenge for you guys if you choose to accept:
Car: Acura Integra
Upgrades: Any
Class: Any
Goal: Reach the speed of 240 MPH on the 1mile drag strip on the test track.


Now this has been poking at my head all night. I have managed to squeak out 228 MPH myself and originally had a goal of 250 MPH (which I can reach on the Lemans track on the back strait) but getting that to happen in this car in 1 mile has proven to be challenging.

If you can, post a video to youtube and to the forums showing us your highest speed you have achieved in the car and lets see who can go the fastest!

I managed 230.

Very nice. I have pretty much only tweaked the gearing and aerodynamics of the car so far (body kit and suspension) so now I am going to work on tires, pressure, and other suspension adjustments to get a more solid launch.
