yep some idiot got drunk and left his iPhone at a bar and come to find out it was the new iPhone. There's pictures to boot to. Don't count on seeing any software features for it as Apple wiped it clean before they could hack it.

They raided the authors home without charging him and to top it of they haven't charged him yet. They took basically everything the guy had that was electronic.
