Got this rifle as a reward along with the raid chest piece and the shader.  It can also be fired in full auto mode so that will be sweet!  So pumped we beat that sh1t!

Well done gents. Kenny and Zak are running it right now with 4 non-S7 guys they've met. Sounds like they're doing a pretty decent job on it.

Just read a write up by a guy that has completed the "Hard" raid and said that the gear is no different than any of the stuff that we got during the normal raid and he's not too happy about it (I bet!)

I'm hoping this can become a weekly thing for us (Normal mode, hard mode can suck it) so that everybody can get some sweet loot!  As we get stronger the raid will become something we'll probably be able to knock out in a much shorter time...but really, considering we really had no idea what to do (other than Hellogiraffe) I think we did a d@mn good job as a team and grinded through it and had a blast doing so!

Congrats guys!  Nice work. Kenny and I jumped in for the first time tonight with some guys we met. No idea what to do or how to do it. We all went in fresh. Ton of fun and made it to the Vault but didn't quite make it to the boss fight (assuming it's the final boss?). Opened and cleared one of the two gates but it was getting late/early, so we called it a night. Amazingly hard and fun. Really proud you guys did it. 

Also got my first peice of Raid Gear!  Got some Leg Armor called "Thread of the Henzen Lords".

We had a group run all the way to the final boss right after you guys. If anyone wants to run the final boss again tonight let me know.

While the piece of chest raid gear I got is nice and all, unless it's the last piece in the puzzle for me to hit 30 I'm not going to bother putting shards into it to upgrade.  It has Strength on it and I'm not a melee heavy user so it's not ideal for either of my preferred builds.

I actually really wanted the helmet on sale this week but I spent the coins on the gun and I'm 2 coins shy of getting the helmet and can't get any more coins and drops of engrams have been few and far between today.  I'll just horde my coins and wait for it to come up again at some point, or get lucky and get another raid one with more fitting stats.

I got a new cape and a new ship.  Not cool Bungie.  Not cool.  Still a lot of fun to accomplish this.

got gloves that after leveling them  were a nice upgrade and the white  dye that ever one who finished the raid got  was fun  plan on running it  a few more times to get more items out of it

A few of us are starting the final boss around 5:00 or 5:30 Pacific.

I'm up for it but probably not tonight (Tuesday).  Once I get through the Nightfall (hopefully) and do my daily bounties I'll be Destiny'd out for the night, lol.  Will be glad to join up later in the week though.

Might try tonight if people are on, we'll see. Just like last week, I've got nothing else better to do in the game except raids so I'll make sure to get a few groups through again
