Xbox One pre-loading coming next month

Again, something we wanted earlier, but better late than never!

Xbox One Pre-Loading Support Announced at Gamescom, Starts In September

its a nice plus that they finally got around to releasing this after all the talk of doing so ...

i know on the pc its so much nicer knowing your game is  Downloaded and ready to play way before the release date... happy this has gone live


for the most part  i wont use this other then for a few key titles i know ill never trade off

Not something I will likely use much since I still see myself wanting to trade in titles that are annual releases or simply flops.

I'll use it for every game.  The only disc I have is Forza 5 and that's because I wanted it at midnight at launch!  Other than that it's all digital for me.

I'm the same way. Digital all the way. Glad the X1 is getting preorders and predownloading now.

I'll probably bite a flop here and there, and not be able to trade it in, but I'm all digital this gen with the exception on SP games (which I normally rent).

Good to hear that they have this come to XB1.  I haven't been able to use it yet for the PS4 but I'm hoping to on Destiny.

Starts in... September? Hopefully for Destiny!

Destiny will be my first pre-DL.  Digital pre-orders are nice too.  I have has a few of those already.

That will be nice, or at least let it launch before Noon PST so I can que it up before I leave for work in the mornings.

If it is go before destiny I will definetly do this and cancell my amazon order.

Destiny won't be able to be pre-loaded.  The first game will be FIFA 15 and that releases on Sept. 26th.  So unless there's a surprise I wouldn't count on it.
