Just got mine. I will be done with summer classes by this weekend. Ill play it then.

Ok so I played The Crew for about an hour. So far it looks great and is everything i would expect it to be. The map is huge but for now I am stuck inside Chicago. I would say the map which is of the entire United States is twice the size of the newest GTA game. With that considered the detail of the entire map that I have seen so far isn't great but as its a car racing game and the main concern is good looking cars i can understand the lack of detail for the surroundings. The Map is broken into sections with each having different racing types like regular street races, offroad, cross country, drifting, etc... As for the car selection it is hard to say I went with the mustang as my first car out of a selection of F class cars. I am still undecided as racing games are not really my thing but I see great promise in this game. If you are looking for a Forza alternative however you will not find it here, this is no realistic racing game by any means.
