BF4 Open Beta

i only hope the xb1 version looks as clean and sharp

One can hope but it won't be running at 1080p so it won't look that nice (when compared to PC).  Still will have the 64 players and 60fps though which will be nice.

Did they say BF4 won't be 1080p on console?

Officially?  No.  But reports indicate that it was running on the XB1 at a native 720p (then upscaled to 1080p) at the TGS.  Don't get me wrong, it will still be nice, but nowhere near the PC version.  You'll notice some of these devs saying "our game runs at 1080p" when in fact what they mean is it is upscaled to 1080p.  Not many devs are saying it runs at a native 1080p other than Dan Greenwalt at Turn 10 with Forza 5.  Even Ryse is running at 900p upscaled to 1080p.

Just like many games on the 360 never actually ran at a native 720p but were upscaled.

Yeah, it makes sense. I'm one of the few that would notice the difference too as I sit way too close to a large tv.

i dled it but im having problem getting into a game

update your video drivers, i know evga has a set of beta drivers out...and i get about 60 fps with the random frame drop every now and again
