Sony had a great pace to thier conference but I thought they focus a bit much on some games that looked unimpressive "indie games" for the most part. Some of them looked cool but most I was like meh I could play that on my iPad. Same with id@xbox but they just showed a montage of things to come. GTA 5 to ps4 is big will it come to Xbox one? Playstation showed a ton of games and really had tons of play station only features. I was really hoping for a new exclusive Xbox ip that no one has heard about or some more xbox exclusive features. Way to much leaked on the Microsoft side of things as far as trailers and news. I think the could have given us more info on when to expect the apps like hbo go. I know they try to stay with just games bit a little info would have been good. Hopefully more will come out in the rest of e3

It wasn't announced at Microsoft conference. I saw an article from Rockstar on their website after Sony announced GTA5 was coming to PS4.

Will this fall under the same category if i bought it for the 360 it only costs me $10 to get it on the xbox one?

I doubt it. You'd probably need to purchase the game again at full price. I think only Battlefield and Call of Duty did that only because they're competing against each other. I'm glad I waited because I knew that this would happen.

Yeah it would be great It was only 10-20$ if you bought it on last gen. Doubt it though.

What I think is great is that I can take my character from GTAO on the 360 and transfer him to the PS4. That actually impressed a lot. Usually they only allow you to transfer saves from the 360 - X1 or PS3 - PS4 so I thought that was really cool too. Plus it would be nice to have my apt and all my cars I worked so hard for, if I decide to pick it up.

I played GTAV some when I got it from Gamefly but didn't really progress all that far. I think I may actually buy it this time around so I don't have the added pressure of returning it to get my next game.

Ugh, there's just so much coming out I might have to use my Christmas bonus from work to pay off the games I have to put on my credit card! lol

Watched the Nintendo event. Was just a video, so there wasn't a stage and a big audience like the other conferences. I think they did the same thing last year. I like how Nintendo uses a video because you don't have delays of audience applause and whatnot. Just go from one game/feature to the next. Downside is that translating Japanese to English takes a bit of time and translators have no emotion compared to the people they're translating.

There are many Nintendo games I would like to get, more than I realized. There's no way I'm going to be able to get every game I want across all platforms. I think I need to start prioritizing...

Zelda looks pretty awesome. That is about all I am interested in Nintendo anymore and I have only liked those from a far as I have not owned a Nintendo console since the N64. Still, it looks pretty bad ass. Not gonna buy a Wii U, but I will be jealous of those playing it.

Yeah. I'm interested in the new Zelda game, Pokémon Ruby/Sapphire 3DS, Super Smash Bros (duh), possibly Xenoblade.
Was never a fan of Dynasty Warriors, but Hyrule Warriors looks pretty cool.
My brother and I always have a blast playing Mario Party, so that's another to think about.
And it looks like there's a new Star Fox in the mix as well, so depending on how that looks, I would love to revisit Star Fox.

I was thinking about getting a PS4 for the holidays but I just don't see enough to warrant getting one yet. Pretty much everything I'm looking forward to I can get on the XB1. Not a whole lot of exclusives for either console that just blew me away.

So I'm not the biggest legend of Zelda fact person but was that Link in the new teaser they showed? No green tunic or hat. I know in the wind walker game he wore some thing similar to that outfit at one point. Is that a hint it is tied to that story/universe? I have always love Zelda games since the first one and this game does make me want back in but I don't think I'll be getting wii u.

From what I've seen so far, I'm not extremely impressed with Microsoft's announcements. The Halo Collection + Halo 5 Beta was really the only thing that stood out whereas there are other games that look like they would be fun, but they would be low priority. I found Sony's announcements to be a bit more impressive that Microsoft's since they revealed more exclusive stuff. I could see myself buying Uncharted 4, No Man's Sky for sure. I would probably split multi-platform games between Xbox and Playstation. I'd probably go for Destiny on PS4 and Rainbow 6 on Xbox One. Although I wasn't impressed with Nintendo's announcements because they were all games I already knew about (except Star Fox), most of the games I plan on getting this year will be from Nintendo.

Nintendo did say last year that they were taking a different approach to the Legend of Zelda series this time around. I'm looking forward to see what they plan to do differently.
