Destiny Beta

Arrives in North America in July.  PS3 and PS4 users that pre-order the game will get first crack at the beta but all consoles will get the beta in July. I can't wait.

Should be good I keep reading about the amount of money activision has sunk into this game. $500 million 💰💰💰

Almost all of that is in marketing though so don't get too excited just based on the money alone

I'm pretty excited for the game. Hopefully gameplay is solid.

Pre ordered and entered my beta code 6 months ago.  Can't wait!

And digital pre-orders are available via PSN as of yesterday along with access to the beta when it launches.  My digital future is coming alone nicely.  Keep up the good work Sony.

My brother let me know he has it paid off (birthday present). Can't wait to play it with you all! On Xbox of course.

I pre-ordered the game from Gamestop like 2 weeks ago and still haven't received any kind of email with a beta code.  I thought that's how that was supposed to work.

dont have it pre ordered but when the beta comes out ill hope over and put 5 bucks down .

I wonder if GS was supposed to give you the code when you pre-ordered?

I pre-ordered online so I assumed it would just be emailed.  Guess I should give them a ring and figure out what's what.

Yeah because you have to punch the code into bounties site and they will go from there. Usually it would be on your receipt maybe check you email. If it's not with like the order confirmation the call.

Mine was on the bottom of the receipt.  I also thought they emailed those for digital preorders.

I don't have enough trust in Gamestop to get me the code so I pre-ordered from Amazon and the beta code email was there within seconds.  Gamestop pre-order cancelled.  I'll cancel the amazon order after the beta.

Anyone know when the beta starts up?  Also, I know Zak is getting this for PS4, is Kenny or anyone else going PS4?

NM, I see the Beta is in July.

Already paid for and waiting for launch.

Beta starts on the PS4 on July 17th.  Xbox "soon after" but no date has been given for it.
