Project C.A.R.S. is coming to next-gen

Hey! Everyone just randomly got really good at tuning despite a very low # of hours spent on it. It makes complete sense...

People that engage in douchebaggery have to live with themselves.

On a side note... I've begun playing forza again... Need more racing game in my life.

Those exterior shots look like real pics.  The interior one looks pretty slick, but not as good as most of the exteriors.

Pretty odd to have a '13 grill with '11 headlights, but only the well trained eye would know that.

But yeah if you simply showed me those I'd swear it was at a real track with real cars. Pretty amazing...

That res is only available on XB1

Some detail about some of the solo play game modes.  If they follow through with this on the XB1 version I'll forget Forza ever existed...

Well, we don't have a specific day but it is in November.

This definitely sounds like it's gonna be technical on a level WAY above my head.  That being said, it sounds like it will be a definite must have.  I can see us spending night tuning like in Forza or swapping pit strategies on different tracks.

Cruisin' in the rain...

Pretty smooth video.  Cool likes and dislikes:

Likes:
- the way the rain beads and slides up the windshield 
- the animation of the wheels as the car turns
- that there's dynamic sky conditions (wasn't always very overcast)
- that there's weather, period

Dislikes:
- I'm not playing it now

It will be interesting to see if you'll be able to race tracks and roads using real-time weather.  Madden used to kind of do this by looking at the month the game was in and creating the most likely weather. Shouldn't be hard to update this and pull weather data for either the track location or your location.

Nice!  I was originally pretty pumped about this game but the lack of information lately has me a little skeptical that it will be out when originally planned.  May end up being one that I wait for reviews before getting it.
