Destiny Beta

May just have to preorder this to get into the beta. Not sure if it's preorder any were or just game stop. .


Accord­ing to a report today from VG 24/7 , gamers who pre-order Bungie’s much antic­i­pat­ed title Des­tiny will get an advanced look at the game’s beta.

Pre-ordering will net gamers a “diverse sam­pling” of Des­tiny’s activ­i­ties and fea­tures start­ing spring 2014 for the PlaySta­tion 4, PS4, Xbox One and Xbox 360.

Activi­sion CEO Eric Hir­sh­berg called Des­tiny not only a must-have action game but the “next great enter­tain­ment property.”

“That means we’re putting all our cre­ative sup­port, and all our exper­tise in cre­at­ing block­buster fran­chis­es, into a colos­sal Des­tiny Beta that we believe will set a new bar for the next gen­er­a­tion of games,” Hir­sh­berg said. “Fans have a lot to look for­ward to in 2014.”

Redemp­tion codes for the Des­tiny Beta will be dis­trib­uted by retail­ers via a receipt or a flyer at pur­chase or via an email.

You can get a list of par­tic­i­pat­ing retail­ers here.

Gamers need to take the required 9-digit entry code and plug it in to the Des­tiny Beta web­site in order to secure a spot, and the faster the bet­ter the pre­view will only be avail­able until sup­plies last.

Pre-orders made before Oct. 1 that qual­i­fy for the offer will be auto­mat­i­cal­ly entered into the beta and will get an email with an entry code from the retail­er he or she used.

Des­tiny drops for the PS4, PS3, Xbox One, and Xbox 360 some­time in 2014.

If they offer a digital pre-order I'm in, but chances of that aren't too good so you guys make sure you test the crap out of the game so I can have it work on day one, ok?  lol

This is one of my 'Definite Buys' so no harm in pre-ordering.

That's my thought also Atrum but can see we're you coming from Husker as most of my game will be digital Dl also.

Didn't realize this was for the PS4 also.  Might actually have to look over some of the vids and info.

Yeah, Destiny is for both.  It's Titanfall that is XB1 only.
