S7R Forza 4 B-Class Tourney - Season 3

S7R Forza 4 B-Class Tourney - Season 3
Over the hump and here we go! It's all down hill from here and fast as hell! last week saw the exact middle of Season 3 and 9 members showed up to race for the gold. Xpert managed to finally know Interseptor off his thrown and take 1st place for the fist time since he started racing with us. Congrats!!! Atrum also managed a bit of an upset himself knocking Apex off the podium. It was a hell of a night and thing are only going to get better. I can't wait to see how it all finishes out.
Hot Lap Challenges continue this week for B-Class and Apex's Open Track Night will be next Wednesday. See you guys on the track.
Forza News:
Last week had the biggest upsets of the season so far. OK, maybe it's not fair to call them upsets since these guys are consistantly at the top of pack but it was still an impressive showing from both Xpert and Atrum. Xpert had his best showing all season and by the end of the night stood victorious over the rest of the field gaining his first overall 1st place for the season. Likewise, Atrum also pushed the limits of his hyper handling cars to knock Apex off the podium and claim 3rd place overall for himself.
The middle of the pack was equally heated with KnightOwl, Tipton and Coolhand battling it out all night. Each had solid finishes themselves and things were pretty well mixed-up all night. Even Puppet and OC had a few good matches mixing it up with the middle pack. it was good clean racing for the most part. We had a few restarts but mostly just to be fair to a few really bad accidental wrecks. Overall it was a great night of racing hightlighted by my new dog ripping on someones mom! (You had to be there) By the end of the night the final standing looked like this:

B-Class Info:
This week we are looking forward to the B-Class Tourney. This tourney will be held on Thursday on August 15. That leaves only one week to get prepared. Better get to it guys! B-Class is pretty much wide open now. You can build pretty much any type of car you like and we start to see some cool exotics. Lots of options and faster cars than ever. Things continue to surprice me and I can't wait to see what everyone brings to the party. There are no car restrictions aside from the fact that they must be B-Class. Power-train, upgrades, paint? It's all up to you! Drivers will meet up in 1 week, at which point we will see who has what it takes to win.
The rules are pretty simple and as follows:
This is a Championship Tourney so the event will be 7 races.
Date: Thursday, August 15, 2013
Time: EVENT starts at 9:30pm sharp Eastern Time
Car Class: B-Class
Damage: Simulation
Collisions: Always On
Starting Grid: Random
Tracks: TBA
# of Races: 7
# of Laps: TBD(depending on track length)
S7 Members ONLY!
The winner will be decided by points base on where you finish each track. The person with the most points will be the F4 B-Class Champion for Season 3.
You will also earn points towards our Overall Season Standing.
PRIZES:
*Official Trophy
*All participants will once again earn 1 entry into the GRAND PRIZE drawing at the end of the season.

I like the picture. I don't know what was up, but I just didn't have a whole lot of focus this tournament. I wasn't paying attention to when turns were coming and I'd end up braking too late. The first track was alright, but every other track it felt like I was all over the road. Anyway, it was a good night of racing and there were a lot of battles to gain better standings.

Tournament was a blast. Really disappointed Zak dropped out of the last race. I found a ridiculous line and then all of a sudden zaks gone. Next week I suppose.

Nice to see Wiggles back again and OC was missed although we had some new blood at the back of the pack because of wrecks and Reggie was back too so there was some good racing at the back of the bus.

I think at some point or another you frontenders all spent like half a lap or more with those of us at the back.
