They're remastering and releasing this in select theaters for one day only: April 25, 2013:

NCM Fathom and CBS TV are partnering to present STAR TREK: THE NEXT GENERATION – The Best of Both Worlds. This episode has previously only existed as a two-part storyline (comprised of the third season finale and the fourth season Premiere) from "Star Trek: The Next Generation". Now "The Best of Both Worlds"…perhaps the most loved work in the entire Star Trek universe will, for the first time ever, be seamlessly tied together as one continuous and uninterrupted story in high definition. Digitally restored and gloriously remastered with new CGI effects, Fans will enjoy an amazing event on the big screen.

Supposedly there is going to be additional behind the scenes footage and such. I sure as hell hope that I can swing seeing this because this is only my top 2 favorite episodes of TNG.

Here's some additional info for those interested:

Rewatched it all yet again recently, but seeing that on the big screen might be worth a few bucks.

BUMP: This is tomorrow! Unfortunately I have to work this Thursday because I'm taking the weekend off to go see my parents, otherwise I'm normally off on Thursdays. Oh well, if anyone goes post up here about how epically awesome it was.
