Problems

Hey guys I got this update yesterday and ever since that I can't level up I was a 55 about to rank up to my prestige and now I'm still a level 55 with 0 amount to go for my prestige and no matter how many times I play I'm still at 55 I'm getting very frustrated with it any other guys have this problem

Go into the barraks and hit the prestige button it will not happen automatically

Hope you got this handled - hate for you to be wasting the XP. After you do as miller said then you will get two rewards: the first is a permanent unlock you can use on a weapon, perk, wildcard, equipment, or whatever - just go to that item and look for the button to press on the bottom right (I think) that says "permanently unlock this"; to redeem your second reward go to Barracks, Prestige Mode, Prestige Rewards - there you will have 3 items to chose from but only one worth actually taking. Don't accidentally set yourself back to a true level one.
