Depending on the laptop- yes. Mine is not powerfull enought to run it properly, so I'm either going to buy a new one or just borrow Droopy's PC for a bit.

You could, but you'd have to make sure that the laptop would be able to run the game by checking the game's system requirements.

it may or may not there is no offical word if it will ...


an easy test to see if d3 will work on your pc (keep in mind its not the best test)

there are drop down go to Diablo 3 and run the test it will tell you how you did

Go to that "canirunit" web site (just google it), and it will tell you if you meet the min specs. My laptop didn't make it, but it still could play it, but at half speed and all settings on minimum. Still, it ran it and didn't crash, so I played the demo/beta all the way through (about 6 hours).

Honestly, I would check to see if your laptop would be able to run it well by checking what sticky and miller said. There hasn't even been an official release on consoles, Blizzard had apparently said that it would move to consoles... If that is true, then I doubt that it will happen for awhile. Blizzard games are meant to be played on PCs anyway lol.

I never look at any of the bonus dvd sh1t whenever I get a collectors edition for any game because I usually get the game to PLAY the game.
Dont have any place to put skull thingy
Have enough USB devices
Don't care about summoning wings
Don't play WoW for pet
Don't care about SC2 portraits

I would have, but GameStop quit taking reserves for it. I really wanted it for the D1 and D2 as I don't have my LOD key any longer. I might just check WalMart before work on the 15th and see if they have it.

As you know you can't play D3 offline, and must have an internet connection at all time to play, therefore you can't play until the servers go online. You may have already known this, but the servers go online at midnight- Pacific. So east cast players will not be able to play until 3, Central (like me) at 2, and Mountain at 1. That kind of makes the midnight release a bit moot, as there is no reason for me to go to GameStop at 12 and then have to wait until 2 to play. Normally on midnight release I try and get to bed by 2 as I'll be working in the morning. I might as well just pick it up on my way home from work, which is a bit disappointing as Sticky will be finished with the campaign and level 59 by then.

well the server's wont come online till midnight Pst time so that gives me 1 hour to get home and install the game before i can play it
that sucks for the east cost people they have to wait till 3am there time to play the game
