Post up - when you pick it up

I have my copy. I'm going to get a few rounds in before I pass out - have to be in the office early tomorrow.

I'm patiently waiting for my Amazon copy to be delivered today.

I watching a live stream of the multiplayer. The sounds are AMAZING!

Oh where of where is my UPS truck? Hope this is worth the wait. Is everyone planning on just going right into MP or is there going to be some campaign play? What's everyone's thoughts?

I probably will not hit campaign up until months later- unless I loose my interent connection or something. There is leveling up to be done!

The wife is out grabbing my copy now. Will probably be on later tonight.

I played one multi-player game last night before I went to bed. I can't provide much of a review from one game so when I play more today I'll post one. So far, so good though. (I'm running out of the office today, lol).

Pick mine up last night. Played for about an hour or two before crashing out. I only played the multi-player and here are a few of my first impressions.

Graphics:
Look great but be sure to install the HD content pack from Disc 1. Very crisp and clean.

Sound:
The audio is also very crisp and clean. With my Astro A30's I can hear things I would have never imagined paying attention to. I especially love the sounds of a distant firefight.

Gameplay:
I play Rush and Conquest Mode last night. Both were as fun as expected. I game still has issues with keeping all of your friends on the same team/squad. But now as long as your are on the same team, You can switch to an empty squad. They have designated eight different squads (Alpha thru Hotel) so it allows you room to have your friends all switch to the Golf or Hotel squads since they are empty.

Overall I would say that so far I am very please with BF3 and looks forward to progressing further in the game.

Installing the HR pack right now. Should be on for a few games before the wife gets home then we have to run some errands but I should be on tonight for most of the night and tomorrow.

I played last night, Awesome, huge...the sound of being sniped at is crappy...crappy as in Awesome just before you die. Gets your attention real quick! Graphics ( insert big fat drool here ) Awesome, it looks real, gameplay great, realistic bullet drop, team work owns, lone wolf not! Vehicles sweet, flying is fun and fast, helicopters hard at first until you figure them out. I only played the multiplayer and was doing pretty good most of the time. The good thing is it feels really balanced in all areas. It takes real tactics and team work to win, which I like, it's good to have a game with a different style of play vs run n gun style of cod, I still like cod. Wait till you play you'll see.

One more thing I should be on at 6:00pm eastern time...what about you all. I want to be on when most of you are. Been awhile, I have a working mic.

not till about 11 pm eastern.

Got my copy from Amazon a few mins ago. Now I just have to finish work, run some errands and eat. I should be on about 8pm eastern. See you guys then.


P.S. I will probably jump right into MP. I'll eventually get around to the SP later down the road.

I'm on my way to pick up my copy now. I probably will not be online until late, but hopefully I can get it and have it installed soon.

Got mine this afternoon, played two rounds of MP. So far so good Sounds are really nice, so far the game-play is good (imo). Should be on later tonight once the kiddo is sleeping.
