Rocket League

Anyone else grabbing it on the 17th? Just pre-ordered it and really really hoping I see some of you guys on there this week. I've been waiting way too long for it to hit Xbone and I'm so excited, plus it's only $20 for one of the most fun and addictive games out there.

I'll probably grab it. I watched a lot of streamers play it - never snagged it for PC though

It was a free PS4 game and Zak, Kenny, Sean and I picked it up and have played it on an off, fantastic game. Great to just blow off steam and for some great laughs.

Glad you're getting it Atrum. I'm hoping at least Nate and epic grab it too, gonna try to convince others. I cannot wait and really really hope we can get an S7 tournament going.

I'm pretty surprised there isn't more interest for this game. It was the 2015 GOTY for many critics and fan polls or at least #2 behind Witcher! Plus it includes all the previously-released DLC in addition to the new Halo Warthog and GoW Armadillo, all for just $20! It's an absolute steal people!!!

I may be ignorant to say this. It what is this game I haven't heard of it?

Soccer with cars.

So arcade style or forza style? I'll have to google it and watch some videos

I think more arcade, like twisted metal plays soccer. It doesn't look like much, but from what I hear it is addictively fun.

Pretty good description of the game.  It's tons of fun and matches are short so you can pass time between sessions in other games and whatnot.  You can also unlock differenr cars and cosmetic changes to your cars, but ultimately it's 3v3 soccer with RC cars.

S7 tournies would be a blast. OC - it's basically an awesome version of Forza soccer.

It's amazing! You guys should definitely pick it up. Very highly recommended. It may not look like much but it's a total blast and very addictive.

I've seen videos and looks pretty cool. I will probably pick this up.

I'll be the first to admit that it looks really really stupid when you watch it. It's one of those games that you have to play to understand. The controls are easy enough to pick up and play, but take a TON of practice to master.

Like our Forza soccer matches wouldn't have looked completely stupid to someone spectating? xD

It's the easy to play/hard to master aspect that makes the game so good. Literally anyone can pick up this game and play it within a few minutes. It's easy and fun. But there is a whole other level once you get into it. After you play a little and then go back and watch the pros play you'll be blown away.

Exactly. I played it for a little bit at a friend's house and thought I was getting the hang of it, then I watched some pros on Twitch and was amazed.

I thought the same thing about tbe game when Zak, Kenny, and Sean tried to get me to play it, but I had a blast once I did.

Sounds good I'm sold I've preordered,downloaded and have it waiting for when they unlock it.

It's available to play now. I've been playing for about 30minutes just messing around in a season very fun and a tournament would be epic

Yeah we definitely need to get a tournament going. This game is amazing fun, even my wife was playing it for about an hour with me and she hates everything past N64

I'll crazy busy this week/weekend. So whenever I buy it, I'll start playing next week.
