Step 1: turn in predyths ghost

Step 2: Join FWC

Step 3: give them rep (about 50 motes worth)

Step 4: Kill a major or ultra taken Minotaur

Step 5: dismantle core

Step 6: talk to FWC

Step 7: kill atheon

Step 9: dismantle eye

Step 10: talk to FWC

Step 11: find a chest on the twilight garrison mission

Step 12: talk to FWC

Step 13: kill taken groundskeeper in black garden ( must keep anger above 100% or her despawns, does not regain health.

Step 14: get gun from FWC

Cool.  Will have to go after that at some point for the collection.  Can't say I'd use it much though due to having to unequip my sword to be able to do so but looks like a great gun.  Full auto makes it a beast.

Cool. I use the full auto pulse from the vanguard now (apple of discord) and this looks to be better. I'll have to work on that. Bad part is i just changed from FWC after getting the machine gun and don't know if I can switch back this soon.

Ok, so I'm a little confused...is Predyth's Ghost something special or was that something I got before when running the heroic mission here?  Is it tied with having to get the 3 hidden ghosts or something else?

Was just looking around and apparently you need all 3 hidden ghosts AND the special ghost in the hidden area with the chest.  I have a raid to attend tonight so I don't think I'll have time to get this even started.  

Also, if you haven't previously gotten the 3 hidden ghosts and the special ghost and do that today you won't be able to progress past that, at least for now.  Will probably have to wait until tomorrow to get the next quest in the series.

Looks like a sweet weapon.  Checked the Reddit link and all the info has been deleted, not sure what that's all about. This will be one of those weapons that I won't have the patience to put in the time for but Zac and/or Kenny will probably have it pretty soon.

So just soloed it (the 3 ghosts and end special chest).  Wow, that was NOT easy.  HIGHLY suggest 2 people.  If for nothing else to have somebody still alive if you die while getting the ghosts.

I tried it, but two of the ghosts were not there.

Did you die at all between the first ghost you picked up and the others?  You can't die or it resets them from what I understand.  So if you got the first one but then died on the way to get the 2nd then it wouldn't be there.

Yes I did. Did it again without dying and got it. Wasn't too bad solo, just had to play slow.

Awesome man!  I don't know why but I had a really hard time with the last fight for the secret chest.  Think I was trying to go too fast I guess.

By the time you were writing this, we had already received the weapon and I went to play Tales of Zestiria as my plan was originally before finding there was a new exotic to obtain. Gotta collect them all.

Yeah, we got is right away. We had already done the 3 ghost mission a while back so when this popped up we were ready to go. Grabbed a group on the100 for VoG and knocked it out.

P.S. Have fun with the final mission of the quest lol.

Nice man! It'd be awesome if we had like 3-4 more guys on the xbox side, then we'd never have to bother with the 100

I stayed up top and kept picking at the boss with snipers and the sleeper stimulant. Id run down and get ammo every now and then. There is a lot of pillars for cover up there, so it was easy to recharge if getting hit.

Turned everything in but didn't get the quest. Will wait a week and see if I get it.

UPDATE: The quest is back today for those who missed it last week.

Good deal.  Gives me a reason to get on for a night, lol.  At least until I get to the Vault of Glass raid part (which is like step 2).  I'm gonna check lfg at the time and hope somebody with the Atheon checkpoint is wanting to run it.  Not really wanting to run it all the way through even though I'm sure it wouldn't take but 30 minutes at this point.

Sweet, got it.  Went on destinylfg and within a few minutes somebody posted they had the Atheon checkpoint so I joined up and took care of Atheon real quick.  The rest was simple.  The last part kind of sucked but since you could respawn and just keep going at it it wasn't too bad.
