Re: Character Builds
Running 5-1-1 light armor on my nightblade with a destruction staff. I think I'll switch it up again soon though and try out the bow, maybe go back to dual weild heavy armor - magicka regen has not been an issue. I really like mixing it up in close in PVP, so the light armor feels like it is holding me back some.

Dual wield DPS NB in heavy armor is pretty OP, especially if you have some decent self healing and a party healer. I haven't run mine PvP, but it mows things down in PvE.

Re: Character Builds
I worked on my tank some more and got him to lvl 15 and I think I've cleared all but 2 missions on the first island. The switch up I did with my skills seems to be helping, as well as the morphs and changing my play style to a solo style vs a group style. I think I only died like 2-3 times and I knocked out like 4-5 missions and some delves. Aside from the couple missions, I still need to hit the group dungeons if anyone needs them.
I just unlocked the 2nd bar and I'm still trying to decide what to roll with. I think I'll end up using a 2h setup, but I've toyed a little with resto since my tank is going to be more of a majika build. The resto setup would help if I'm running solo and I'm getting hammered, I could just duck out and heal a little before rolling back in to attack. However, more attacking power never hurts. I'll just have to try a couple things out and see what I like.

Re: Character Builds
I did a title more work with the 2h bar and it seems like a good fit. I've only got Cleave unlocked, so there's still some work to be done. I've been able to chew up many opponents 1v1 and if I get roughed up I switch back to sword & board where I've recently picked up a dagger that steals HP. That combined with my healing attack help to keep me upright. Once I get more of the 2h skills and the dragon blood healing skill my 2nd bar should be a lot more useful.

Re: Character Builds
Got my tank caught up to my NB at lvl 17. The 2h seems to be working well, every new skill I unlock really seems to help. Finally got my Draconic lvl to 20 so I'll be able to unlock the Dragon Blood healing with my next skill point. Hopefully it won't take too long since I'm pretty sure I need just 1 sky shard or a story quest that grants a skill point.

Re: Character Builds
About 2/3 of the way thru lvl 29 with my Orc tank. Looking forward to possibly getting to run some group dungeons with the PS4 bros in the near future, pretty much been a lot of solo ESO.

Re: Character Builds
Moving right along, my Orc is 1/2 way to lvl 33 and his provisioning is almost to 49. Those skills that double the portions you make are nice, starting to stockpile my dungeon supplies.
I tired a couple times to queue for dungeons to see if I could knock of the group ones, since my Tank hasn't done them yet, and it just got tired of waiting. Never saw anyone else join the queue, granted I only waited for like 10min, but oh well, I'll get them at some point.

Re: Character Builds
I have giving up on Qing Nate and I. A tank and healer have tried several times to Q
Only needing 2 dps. And takes hours to find them .
Kind of sucks since questing is fun and all but at vet7 I would have loved to do more

Re: Character Builds
Yeah, we have like 5 guys that play ESO but Telcon, Zak, and Kenny have been running Destiny to get some things cleaned up before TK and I'm not sure where Charles is. We did ok up to about lvl 15ish to keep characters at the same level for group dungeons but now we're all spread out. Not sure where Telcon and Charles are but Kenny and Zak are like 2-3 levels over my Orc. Might try to join up with another guild where I can sell at a guild trader and try to find some people to run with that way.

Re: Character Builds
I decided to take a break for a good while as nobody here on the XB1 is able to do VR14 dungeons and the next DLC is basically all PvP related. Will come back when more PvE stuff comes out. It's a fun game but w/out people I know to play with it's lost it's magic. Not really met anybody in the other guild I'm in that I feel like playing with much and they do PvP more than anything anyways.

Re: Character Builds
I can play a solo RPG for hundreds of hours, so I'll probably never put this down. It will probably be a main game for me for the foreseeable future.
I only stopped playing Skyrim because I jumped to PS4. Don't get me wrong, the game is more fun to hack n slash with some bros, but I'll still play it solo.
Besides, I need to play through the other faction realms at some point and possibly some Cyrodiil, but that will probably only be when I'm with some bros.

Re: Character Builds
The Q'ing system is definitely broken which is a shame. Fortunately like Puppet I really enjoy the solo aspect of the game and I have been taking my time with it from day 1 so there is a ton of stuff to do. Maybe one day they will fix the Q's and I can get in some more group dungeons but until then I don't mind soloing or even partying up for general questing.

I already played it solo for hundreds of hours, lol.
There's pretty much zero left to do as I've cleared out both Cadwell zones (including all norman and public dungeons). It's up in the air whether or not I get the Imperial City since it's PvP but right now I'm pretty much not going to bother. The good thing is the game will be around for a long time so when I feel like going back and playing some it'll be fresh.

Re: Character Builds
Finished the night just into lvl 34 and I also got provisioning to lvl 50. I've cleared about 1/4 of Malabal Tor.
Now that I've finished with provisioning, I'll probably move on to blacksmithing as my next skill. I've already learned about half of the racial styles, I just need to unlock more of the enhancements. I just switched my tank over to all heavy armor and will probably run that for a bit, so I can keep working on upgrades for armor.
While I started as a sword and board sponge, I've rapidly come to like 2hand a lot more. My current sword is huge and looks like it could be a dagger in a FF game. However, at some point I'll have to jump back to the sword and shield to get that up to a useful level before I get to VR levels.
So, anyone have any suggestions on how I might need to modify my plans to make it thru to VR levels and actually be useful in end-game content.

Re: Character Builds
Have come back to the game for now and am running this build. Similar to what I've run in the past with a few tweaks here and there. It really does shred...
