Been 30-45 minutes so far.

Yea, it took me many tries. Then I got kicked out about 15 min in. I restarted (and created a different character) and got in pretty quick that time.

d@mn you guys. Dropped the $ and got the game. I'll prob start playing tomorrow night.

So I started my download at about 2:15pm est and checked this morning it was only at 85%. I hope it's done when I get home so I can finally play.

Will pick up my hard copy sometime today.....start the download this evening.....play Maybe Thursday eve

Depending upon how I feel tonight, I might try to get on for a little bit. Sounds like Zak found someplace to sell stolen goods so I need to start pilfering to get the 10K for a mount. I'm tired of running all over the place when I'm exploring. Not to mention I'd like the saddle bags for extra storage.

Does anyone know: 1.) if your mount dies do you have to buy a new one 2.) if it dies, do you have to manually transport any gear that was in it's bags to a town to sell if you want to sell it 3.) can anyone steal your mount and if so, is that both inside and outside of the PvP section?

1.  Your mount can't die.  If you get knocked off of it it'll just disappear until you summon it again.
2.  See #1.
3.  No, your mount can't be stolen.

Thanks for the info Husker, the 10-40k will definitely be a good investment for transportation and moving you're stolen crap from your crime scenes to your fences.
