Diamond division question

I was wondering how this worked in the app the other day I got a message through it about the clan opting in for diamond division. But it still says we are platinum division with that change before the war starts or have we not opt in yet?

we are opt in a long time ago app is just fail some times

I can confirm that we are registered for diamond division.
