I still have had to play the game at a lower resolution then I would like but overall its ok. Hopefully the 12% decrease in overall stock is a big enough shock to the Business side of Ubisoft to at least give developers some breathing room for the next few releases, whatever they might be.

I think it's pretty rare that a company takes a dive on their stocks and loosens up the reigns.

I didn't word my statement that great. What I meant is they will hopefully allow for a game to become more polished before releasing it as it was a complete disaster on all platforms.

Too bad I didn't get in on this cuz I'm planning on getting it at some point and it would have been nice to get FarCry 4 for free too.

I just heard about this over the weekend...They tried passing off a buggy, very low resolution game on new platforms and thought it would be ok?

Cool move showing customer appreciation, but that is rough on a company to give away many copies of AAA games.  Wish I had got in on this too though.

I wish I had as well (can always use a free game), but not so sure I agree with this being so much a "cool move" on their part or just trying hard to avoid a PR nightmare after trying to pass off what they obviously knew from testing before shipping that this was a sub-par game.

Can't really give them credit for being dorks, then after seeing it wouldn't work give away other games because the developers of this one was lazy.
