Servers are up and running.

People reporting they are able to play the game now so everybody enjoy when you get your game!

Yea people are streaming on twitch.

PS4 digital version seems to be locked out till 12:01am PST.  That is what the countdown timer is counting down towards and the PS Blog confirmed the info.  Looks like us digital folks will be waiting till 12am PST despite the servers being up and running now.  Oh well, that is what I was expecting anyway.

That stinks. I won't be playing tonight then. No way I can stay up till 3am

Slacker!  Just kidding.  My plan is to stay up for launch and play all night.  However, if launch is a FAIL, or the servers are crashing, or I have to DL a 20 gig file etc... I am going to crash and pick it up again in the morning.  If everything is smooth for launch, I should be good to go!

I'll get on tomorrow on my lunch break and make sure everything is installed and good to go for when I get home after work.

Unfortunately.....Thursday after work for me.

I'll probably check around midnight EST and if the digital isn't up then it will probably be later in the week for me.

Funny story related to this.

My group (10 of us in the team) had a 'proactive' case drop in to our queue today. A certain company is expecting extremely high traffic volumes this week and wanted to make sure their load balancers were optimized correctly. 

So uh... if there are any issues for you Playstation guys... Potentially my bad.
