Watch_Dogs: Welcome To Chicago
I'm still torn on whether or not I am getting this game, but this is pretty cool...

There is nothing to be torn between.
Getting it or getting it?
Hmmm...I'll say getting it!!
This game (along with TC The Division and R6 Patriots) are the must have games!

To me it all depends on when ESO comes out. So far all that is known for ESO on consoles is "June" so if it ends up being early June then I'll most likely not bother with Watch_Dogs. If it's late June then I'll have a month to play it and may go ahead and pick it up.

Re: Watch_Dogs: Welcome To Chicago
I will probably get this, possibly instead of ESO. I'd love to see some expansions that open up the burbs (who wouldn't love to game in their own stomping grounds) and I'd like to see them do some of the special things the city does like turn the river green for St. Pats, light up the BCBS building with messages (see link below) and have The Taste in Grant Park. So many fun possibilities.

Another cool video. 8 Mins of multiplayer gameplay footage. Looks pretty awesome. Especially the co-op mission. Check it out...

Yeah, this is what I am looking for with "next-gen" games. Seamless connectivity between SP, MP and co-op. Watch Dogs, Destiny and the Division are all headed in this direction and I like it.

Re: Watch_Dogs: Welcome To Chicago
It's definitely got a lot of cool technology upgrades. It's still the same thing. Crackdown, GTA, Saints Row, etc... I have nothing against this game. Like I said the tech is really cool, it just isn't something I see myself playing for long or keeping interest in.

PS3 & PS4 Exclusives:
1.) Special white hacker cap/outfit
2.) Additional 4 missions and 60 min of gameplay
3.) Additonal perk
4.) Hacking boost
Not sure if these will eventually be available for the 360/XB1.

6 month timed exclusive, which is definitely long enough to make it's mark. Same as it was for AC4 on PS. I'm not a big fan of any of this timed exclusive stuff for either console, but it is what it is. Really I'm not a big fan of exclusivity period but money talks. In reality I wish we could all enjoy the same games, but that's not happening any time soon.

I'm gonna check this out...still want R6:P to hurry up and get here so I can shoot my teammate Klown in the back of the head a few more times ;-)
Re: Watch_Dogs: Welcome To Chicago
Yeah, timed exclusive is kinda garbage, but at least it will end up coming to the XB1. I'm still really interested in this game, even if the exclusive went the other way.

Re: Watch_Dogs: Welcome To Chicago
My boss and i went to eat lunch at wing stop and there is a game stop right next door, so we went in for a second, and there was a watchdogs poster on the wall. My boss looks at the cashier and says, "watchdogs, what's that, is it supposed to be any good?"
hahahaha lol the cashier came unglued and proceeded to give a (and i looked at my watch to time it) 11 min speech on the game and how its going to be so awesome lol
my bosses response, "when can i get MLB 14?"
Cashier's jaw just drops...
it was freaking hilarious.

Only thing I really hate...already turning into a money grab situation.
But, I may end up getting the DLC as I'll surely get the game!
And...there are ZOMBIES????

Agreed. Not a fan at all of this business model but unfortunately it is the way it is now.

The tech looks cool, and what you can do looks cool, but it doesn't look "fun" to me. Those kind of games look like work. I don't plan on getting it, as it doesn't appeal to me, but I like the direction the NextGen stuff can offer.
