Maybe 4 or 5 hours. I don't think it will take an hour for the Xbox update, but the game (Titanfall) will be 3 or 4 easy.

Ya the update goes fast just like a normal update about 5  min titan fall took me a little under 4 hours

Mine went significantly faster.  Maybe a bit over an hour tops.  Dependa on your connection I guess.

Yeah, I've got 30down so it went pretty fast for me.  Don't know how long it actually downloaded for because I took an hour nap after starting the download for Titanfall... so it took less than an hour for me.
