Need a new controller?

These are VERY spendy, but pretty awesome. Specifically if you play a lot of CoD it allows you to drop shot, jump shot, and melee all without taking your thumb off the right stick.
I haven't bought one yet, but I'm considering it.

Re: Need a new controller?
I have had a few for my 360. They are insanely nice for FPS games. Other than that, not much good. Even for games like Battlefield, they are handy with the back paddles being used for things like switch weapons, reloading, and so on so your thumbs always stay on the sticks. I plan on getting on for the XB1 here in a few weeks.

I equate this to the corked bat, steroids, and pine tar. The loaded boxing glove and the modified NASCAR engine. Why would an elite player need an advantage? Why do you need a controller to help with jumps shots etc.? If you're good get a $19.99 Mad Cats controller and prove it. Beat your opponent fairly. What happened to skill? What happened to determination? The internal will to excel on your own merit? What happened to map knowledge and training?
I'm appalled and ashamed sir.
You do realize I'm not serious...I hope.

Lol. I remember the good ole' days of Halo 2 where we all had to use the claw grip to BXR properly. Now these kids and their fancy controllers don't even have to ice their hands after a long gaming session!

I do agree with some of those points actually. But I think that some of the things that are on these controllers like the triggers also can make the gaming experience just better as a whole.
On another note, I don't think anyone using a MadCatz would win anything anymore, they are just horrible haha

While I'll probably never buy a controller that's for just FPSs, I think it would be nice to have something to make the playing field a little more even for someone like me that tends to be subpar at COD.

The ones that Razor make are really good, I have the newer version of it on the 360. The issues that existed before don't exist anymore. I can't wait till they make some for xbox one. Wish they made a controller adapter...sigh!
