Xbox Live update Empty Xbox Live update

Post by S7 Glock Tue Apr 06, 2010 1:01 pm

We’ve just released a system update for the Xbox 360 over Xbox LIVE.
As previously announced, this system update contains
support for USB Memory storage devices. Sometime over
the next few hours when you sign in to Xbox LIVE you’ll receive a prompt
to accept this mandatory update. If you are signed into LIVE already,
you may be signed out and asked to accept the update and you’ll be back
online in a few moments. Read the FAQ on Xbox.com
which may answer some of your questions. Post your
comments here, or drop by the Xbox forums to share your experience
with this new feature.

If I am getting this right you can only us 16 GB max on a flashdrive though which will only allow you to transfer your profile nothing else. If that is it its a great jump in the right direction but I wish we could just put what we wanted on it instead without the 16 GB restriction. Hopfully my cruzer will work its a 8 GB

Yeah it really made for storing Gamesaves, demos and profiles instead of like the heavy stuff like games, you know bigger dl's like that but I agree The cap on the memory should be a bit more 16gb is ass

they do that so you still have to buy there over priced HDD
because if there was not a level cap i could by 1tb external hard drive for 200 bucks (used but in great shape)

Very true to it would put them on the short end since cou could find external hdd's for cheaper. The other day buy.com had a 1TB for $104.99 when MS is selling 250gb's for 130 lol good point sticky forgot about they're main motive.
