I hate Game Stop too, but oddly end up there ALL the time.

He makes very good points but I'm selfish and want to keep my gamefly subscription at $25/month for having 2 games out at a time.

I subscribed to his channel today because of those video's (also because Francis is hilarious). I really like what he has to say and agree with him on not going to game stop for used games. I havent walked into a gamestop myself in over a year. What I don't agree with is the digital download. I can't bring myself to pay for a AAA title and not get a physical copy. For me $60-$100 is justifiable because a physical copy has resale value while a digital download does not. For me, I would have to save more than $10 for a digital copy.

Wow yeah I think that was the first few serious videos of his I have seem. Great points adapt the steam point of view and the xbone will be op. I always said lower the price just a bit and they will make more money because there will be more sales.

Only reason why I go to GameStop is to buy NEW games. I never buy used games or trade in for a few reasons.

1.) Mother traded in Super Nintendo, Sega Genesis, and A LOT of games (I'd say more than 60) and GameStop gave her next to nothing for all of it. I told her that she shouldn't do it, but she went ahead with it and I watched as all those games I grew up on were being scanned and dissapearing behind the counter. I was probably 10 years old at the time and I knew that what was happening was complete bullshit. The only other time I traded a game in after that was Two Worlds... which needed to get out of my sight immediatly and I didn't care how much I got back for it.

2.) About 90% of the used games that I have ever purchased at GameStop didn't even work. And they say they test used games. Laughable

In conclusion, when it comes to purchasing used games and trading-in at GameStop. f#ck em.
