Atrum's LNS LMS Tourney

I am proud to present Atrum's LNS Last Man Standing (LMS) Tourney. Apperantly we are handing over the keys of Forza to Atrum and as long as he keeps the good ideas coming I am all for it! Here is the breakdown for this weeks event. This event is all about staying alive and ahead of the competition. Each lap the person in last place will be eliminated. Once eliminated you can do anything you want. Anything goes for eliminated players. Drive backwards, block the road, big bear, ANYTHING. As more and more people are eliminated, things will get more and more crazy. This will continue down to the last lap where the final 3 active drivers will go all out for the win.

A few rules of note...

Racer

Drivers still racing are allowed full contact with anyone on the track. They must continue to drive forward but they can block and/or hit anyone they like. They can defend a position and use pitting tactics. Hitting in a corner is also allowed but Big Bears should be avoided. The idea is full contact for the racers and NO RULES at all for the eliminated.

Eliminated

Drivers are not Officially eliminated until they cross the finish line of the current lap. This means you can not turn around until you cross the finish line for the current lap. Once you cross the line you can do ANYTHING YOU WANT! Crushin' dreams baby!

This is once again an A-Class Event. The rules are pretty simple and as follows:

This is an LNS Tourney and a Full Contact/Anything Goes event. The event will be 7 races.

Date: Friday March 15, 2013 (<- THIS FRIDAY)
Time: Racing starts at Midnight Eastern Time (12am - technically Saturday morning)
Car Class: A-Class
Damage: Simulation
Collisions: Always On
Starting Grid: Random
Tracks: Random - Player based
# of Races: 7
# of Laps: TBD(depending on total members that show up) [/b]

S7 Members ONLY!

The winner will be decided by points base on where the racer finishes each track. The person with the most points at the end of the night will be the Last Man Standing Champion. Be there. This should be a blast. Event is THIS FRIDAY!!!

Oh it's on! I might have to finish last just so I can be the first one Crushin dreams.

Sweet! I was hoping we'd go with this one. It's going to make the races pretty amusing. Unlike our regular series, everyone is going to go all out into the corners trying to get ahead, which = wrecks. And oddly enough getting wrecked out suddenly goes from "Wow my race is done this sucks" to "Yay! Now I get to destroy that clown that put me into the wall!"

I am going to be very suspect of anyone that lines up with an SUV. I don't think they are really going to try and win.

I already have plans for this Friday so I will not be able to make this event. Have fun and I will catch you guys at the next one.

It's cool. We will probably keep up the weekly "fun friday" events. Catch you next time.

I like doing weekly fun events, it was awesome having a big turnout last week.

I don't think anyone actually targets interseptor. He just can't hang when it's not polite, 1300's English war style racing.

Then he gets into full contact events and can't hang.

I'm out for this week too, gotta be up early Saturday morning for work.

Sweet I enjoyed lasts week fun event so ill will see you guys on Friday.. Interceptor I promise I will have a grown ass man drink this week..lol

Any ideas on what you guys are running for this? I am pretty sure I am going to bust out my Audi drift car (the 2008 RS4). It's not the fastest car I own, and probably not the most durable (front engine) but it is by far the most fun to drive. And since I will probably not win anyway, I might as well have some fun.

Also, It should make me an easy target. I'll be the guy sideways in the corner. In the great words of Jeremy Clarkson from Top Gear "He who is last shall be sideways and smiling."

So what are you guys running?
